I brought my vehicle in because I was called by your service department saying that I had a warranty issue. My check engine light was on which could have been caused by the warranty issue. Andy was not clear that there would be a charge for a diagnostic on my vehicle. It would have been helpful if Andy would have clearly stated there would have been a charge and how much it is before I agreed to leave my vehicle there. Otherwise Andy was very nice.
David Galvez was very helpful and extremely friendly. He gave me information about what to expect in a maintenance package and what the prices where for different packages and what was offered. I will definitely go again for the service. It was done quicker than expected and I left very pleased with my inspection!

It should not take 2 and a half hours for a basic oil change.
