Stacey was an excellent sample of a model employee. She greeted us with a smile. Took care or business was extremely knowledgeable and answered ever question we had. I have to say Employee of the Month would look great under her picture. She’s a keeper!

Waited 15 minutes when recognized me. Sent to a window without anyone there. After 10 more minutes Stacy noticed me waiting and asked to help me. Was told service should take an hour. After 80 minutes I spoke to the cashier and she said she'd call to check the status. No one came to tell me anything. After 2 plus hours the bill was brought to the cashier. Car still not ready add it was still in the 'car wash'. Another 8 minutes and finally see my car. Overall, the service is declining. My last 3 visits have not been stellar. Kia offers a great warranty and service. If part of the components are missing customers wil start going elsewhere.

I was treated very nice. He was very professional. I did not know I would have to wait so long around 2 hrs for a oil change. But I was comfortable, coffee and TV tobwatch was nice to have while waiting
