Stacey was an excellent sample of a model employee. She greeted us with a smile. Took care or business was extremely knowledgeable and answered ever question we had. I have to say Employee of the Month would look great under her picture. She’s a keeper!

It is my second time being assisted by David and I have to say he is amazing, Not only is he friendly and provides top of the line customer service but he is so knowledgeable and made sure he provided me with every piece of information.

Waited 15 minutes when recognized me. Sent to a window without anyone there. After 10 more minutes Stacy noticed me waiting and asked to help me. Was told service should take an hour. After 80 minutes I spoke to the cashier and she said she'd call to check the status. No one came to tell me anything. After 2 plus hours the bill was brought to the cashier. Car still not ready add it was still in the 'car wash'. Another 8 minutes and finally see my car.
Overall, the service is declining. My last 3 visits have not been stellar. Kia offers a great warranty and service. If part of the components are missing customers wil start going elsewhere.
David Galvez is my go to guy when it comes to my vehicle, my car is always ready for me when he says it will be. You at KIA have a winner with employee you should give him recognition of some kind.

Excellent customer service
I was treated very nice. He was very professional. I did not know I would have to wait so long around 2 hrs for a oil change. But I was comfortable, coffee and TV tobwatch was nice to have while waiting
