Too long awaiting and I had appointment just for oil change 2 hours
The paperwork was lost took over an hour to get it drawn back up. Took the car home and the air intake was removed and not put back currently missing from my vehicle

Stacey is top notch ! I didn’t have an appointment , but she helped me right away. She’s very smart and has expertise knowledge of my car. -2012 Kia Soul plus. She could be a mechanic ! She did offer me shuttle service to go back home just in case it took all day to diagnose the problem with my car . But I decided to stay . Comfy seats , large screen tv , snacks machine and free wig & AC!!! Why leave ? With all the comforts at home , the time flew by and Stacey texted and greeted me with good news ! I was able to bring my car back home today and won’t miss anymore days of work, because she worked with my schedule for when I bring it back to get fixed ! At the best deal in town from the best service gal behind the desk !
I’ve got a huge piece of paint missing above the passenger side door & my moon roof is not opening at all.
Today I was not satisifed wirh my visit. I had called a few times to make an appt, before I went in just to be told that I was considered a walkin instead.
