Vehicle was not promised on time. Advisor did not call to mention the delay. Dealership could not guarantee shuttle pickup. Did not consider our schedule and how it impacts us when they did not communicate delay. Did not offer any details about brakes needing changing only until I started asking what else needs fixing.
