Several reasons.....1) It shouldn’t take over a month to figure out an issue. This is not the dealerships doing, but this has been an utter joke and 2) I am being taken to my car, and it is just covered in dirt, and the service advisor tries to tell me it must be dew. If she thinks dry, greasy dirt is dew....that’s pathetic. And when I got into the car I really enjoyed having the fuse panel cover laying on the passenger side floor. I took pics and plan on sharing to social media, as well as Kia.
