Excellent customer service and maintenance from the Valley Hi Kia employees! I look forward to my next service.

I have always been satisfied with Kia taking my vehicles there .although today I was misquoted on my oil change which upset me very much in the end I got the price I was quoted and then this evening my husband coming home from work at 10 imformed me that all the way to work he smells a burning under his hood thinking it was just the oil change.again leaving work this evening he could smell the burning under the hood when he got home we both look along with my neighbor and my son and notice that something was on fire it was a rag that was left behind the technician who worked on our vehicle this is so upsetting and I can't say that I would recommend anything or anybody again I would like to be reimbursed along with having my engine clean and I will be in there tomorrow Saturday the 27th to speak to a manager I am highly disappointed

The service advisor recommended services that would not required or needed. He was rude pushy and spoke in a condescending manner. He had no business working with customers

Andy Patterson was very friendly and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The other employees in the service department that I spoke to were also friendly. All were very professional and I noticed worked very well as a team. Thank you Kia!!!
