I had my Kia soul serviced for a oil change and Brenda was my service representative. Brenda was very professional and assisted with exceptional service. All of my questions were answered and Brenda even took the time to tell me that the oil change was going to take a little longer than promised. I would definitely recommend Brenda Serrano to help with your service maintenance needs.

First time I went in with my car problem the service person at the desk told me my car was due for a couple of different services and assured me that would fix the problem so $400 later and the problem still existed. I was told to come in the next morning for a domestic test, turn a out had nothing to do with the services I w ac s pressured into buying. The second service rep I talked to was very kind and assured me the problem would be fixed. Thank you Andy for treating me like a customer and not someway to pad his paycheck. I BOUGHT 3 KIA'S AT THE SAME TIME IN 2013. With personal like the first gentleman I encountered I will be thinking of going elsewhere. Again thank you Andy for your professionalism Glenn L

Always have excellent service with Valley Hi Kia. My service representative William was spot on. He got my Sorrento into the service department quickly. I needed to have my 60,000 mile service completed. William offered me a flexible payment plan that worked with my budget. My vehicles service was completed within the same day.
