We appreciate that you honored the warranty. We love our 2011 Kia Sorrento. We have nearly 200,000 miles on it and it runs great (we take good care of it). Someday we might even buy another one!!!

There is no Kia dealership withiy150 miles of where I live in Salmon Idaho. since I was going to California to a wedding, I made an appointment at Valley High Kia. I was told it would take 3 to 4 hours. I was able to retrieve my car after over 7 hours.

The young lady who helped me was a delight she followed through with letting me know when my car was finished and prior to signing anything she fully explained the process. Unfortunately my prior visit did not fair as well. I was not informed when my car was finished even after I told the previous person I would be in the waiting room.the way I found out was that I walked outside and saw my parked car.
