Even though I didn’t have an appointment. William is always making sure to inform me of the status of my car. He has great customer service skills. Even though the dealer has a new hand held system. He did a great job as he was learning the system.

I was highly disappointed when I took my car in today because the technician wrongly read my tire tread. I just recently got brand new tires and they had told me that I need to get new ones. That inspection made me feel that they are not really doing a good job.
Fabulous customer service. William was very professional I loved that my car was done in a timely manner. Very friendly individual. My car is running so smoother I feel safer now that my breaks aren’t making a loud noise. I’m so thankful that William was able to fit me in today. And I thank KIA for their wonderful staff.
