It was a great experience. This is my second time to have my vehicle serviced at Valley Hi Kia and like the first one, it was William who took care of me and my vehicle. I am very satisfied, everything was checked, the current recall issue was taken care of and I was notified about a problem with the axle which will be addressed as soon as the part arrives. William made sure he did everything in order to find out about the extended warranty coverage of my vehicle since it was under my husband's name (who has a different last name from me).He made sure that the axle problem would be covered under the extended warranty. He did not forget to ask me if I needed
a ride and if I wanted some refreshments. Overall, job well done! Keep up the good work.

Everything went very smoothly. Couldn't have asked for better service, very professional and friendly. (Except I couldn't get him to clean the Cheeriod, candy wrapperd and popcorn that my grandchildren left under the back seats.????)
