William was very helpful and knowledgeable. Spoke up and stepped forward to help assist my fiancé and myself in a tedious yet important problem. My fiancé was in an accident and can’t walk very far and William got us there and back and answered all our questions and seemed interested in our experience at Kia also..

This was the 2nd time I have had service at Kia and the 2nd time an oil change has taken over 2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours I inquired and was told my car was up on lift being serviced. Ten minutes later I was told they were pulling it in for service immediately as there was no open service bin prior.
