William never disappoints. He always does want he says he is going to do and doesn’t stress you out with things your car still needs to get done. He’s been my favorite since you guys were at the other location and he’s the one I’ll always go too. You guys rock!

I needed to have the clock reset and, stated that when I made the appointment but when I got in my car to leave they didn't do it. I had to go back in and let them know. I just think someone should have made a point to make sure everything was done before giving the vehicle back to the customer.
