Horrible customer service. Wait time was ridiculous longer than thy told me even when I had an appointment. horrible experience I will never come here again nor would recommend.
Apart from the wait time, they didn’t even wash my car right there was splotches of water makers and dirt on it still. I’ve never been so unsatisfied and I can tolerate a lot but this was really horrible. Disappointed

Customer service was great but I find it insane that an oil change took 3 hours, even after knowing that I was waiting in the lobby. Pretty displeased with Kia about that and is a major driving factor or reason why I’d never buy another vehicle from Kia.
William has helped me in the past at kia and his customer service is always beyond excellent. My experience with kia valley hi is always exceptional.
