No questions just a quick comment. I usually have a good experience when visiting Valley-Hi Kia. Unfortunately the dealership failed to meet the expectations set by you, on this last visit. Starting with the service advisor, and continuing with a 2+ hour wait for an oil change & tire rotation. I truly hope your service department will work on correcting the issues. I truly enjoy your dealership, that's why I don't go to Hyundai for my service. Wishing everyone there, a Very Merry Christmas.

They didn’t rotate my tires on the passenger side and only on my drivers side.

Everything turned out well and Andy was great. I did meet a man who I believed was a mechanic at Kia. He just happened to be moving a vehicle as I was walking back to my truck. The gentleman stopped me to comment on my truck. Sorry I did not get his name. That gentleman and I talked for a few minutes and shook hands at we parted, which made my experience at Kia all the better. I would give Kia and it’s employees a 5+ out of 5.
