The service Technician was great. But i find out that my car has a recall on the Turbo and you don’t have the part. Now i got to make another appointment when the part comes in to fix it. I also wanted a shake to be looked at and they told me it was going to take about 4 hours to look at. That’s crazy and didn’t expect that to take so long. Thats not good to have customers wait so long. Kia didn’t send me a letter about the recall again not good business. But the Technician was great.

My service was quick and efficient! The waiting room is so nice, the espresso and donuts are such a nice tough. Vincent made sure there was options like Uber but either way did his best to get my car finished quickly which I appreciate!
