I scheduled on line 2 weeks prior for a 7 am service. I used the early bird service and dropped of vehicle the night before so they could start service first thing in the morning. I had to call and remind them I needed my vehicle by 12pm. They also could not look into or service my squeaksy suspension claiming it was an after market install. I advised Garth it was installed by Harbor Chevrolet and he should have been able to look up the service contract via the VIN #. They have my wife's name listed in the service paperwork and the vehicle is not listed in hers. Vehicle was not cleaned when I went to pick it up. Pretty disappointed since I had to take hald a day off from work!

Genaro is the best customer service person in any service department at any dealer I have ever gone to. He is on top of his game! He's personable and professional. I have an extensive history at Harbor CHEVROLET, every one from sales to office are always friendly and helpfull. Genaro is tops though, He makes me feel like my problems are his problems to solve.
