I felt as though David omitted information or changed the story as it suited him. This was most apparent with the price. He initially mentioned a price in the 300s, then corrected himself to exactly 464 on Saturday, but when it came time to pay on Monday, the price exceeded 500. When I asked why this had happened, he denied the original quote in the 300s and said it exceeded 500 because of tax. I provide estimates for work to clients everyday, and I either give them an exact price including tax, or I provide a range so that a reasonable expectation is set. I found David's methods unprofessional, and although I've never taken my Honda anywhere else in Arizona, I immediately found myself searching for a mechanic other than Arrowhead Honda to work in my car in the future.

My service person came out mid service and said that after they completed the work on my motor and resistor, they checked my freon levels and they were "a little low." The service person said if I wanted to have them fill the freon, there was a special for 129.00. I said I was surprised that it was low and asked what percentage it was at. He told me that my car holds 1.3 and I was at 1.0, so I might not notice it. I hadn't had any issue with my air being cool, so I declined the special. When I drove away, my car would only blow warm air. I have to recharge it with freon now based on the "courtesy" check that was done.

Michael took care of my wife's vehicle as if it were his family member's. it's a 2005 Acura MDX with 85,000 miles and needed big ticket items like timing belt, drive belt steering box etc. I have an extended warranty on it and he did all the leg work. great job Mike and I'm glad you left Acura store
David explained why we needed repairs, and did not pressure me into making a decision.Very professional.
