Josh's communication and information given was very good better than any service advisor I have had before.
Michael King was awesome, however:
I called to make an appt and the person I spoke with sounded like the cleaning guy or something and when I got there, they had no knowledge of my appt and the person I spoke with didn't give me a name to ask for.
I was in for a leaky tire and sound system issue. I really don't think that should take 4 hours to resolve, so I was not happy with the time it took to get this taken care of.
I know Michael knew I was upset about how long it took , but he returned to car to me and there was still wax writing on the windshield. Car didn't have to be washed, but I think they could have cleaned the windshield before returning it to Michael.
So, yes, THRILLED with Michael. But perhaps his support crew can use some counseling.
Repairs were completed on time and below estimate.
Daniel Thomas was patient,understanding and very knowledgeable. He went to a great deal of extra effort on my behalf and was very much appreciated.
My wife and I are very happy campers!
Robert did a great job in every way. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle while my 2017 CRV was being worked in. He kept me updated on the repair progress and I had my car back within 48 hours.
