Mr. Herrera was very pleasant. I arrived and didn’t know who my advisor was. He helped me and unfortunately the advisor that was chosen for me was busy so Mr. Herrera took over and helped me. I will make sure to go out of my way to have him help me with every service at this dealership as long as he is in that position. Loved his customer service and the way he respected me not only as a customer but as a person. It’s greatly appreciated.
