The service Dept had my car for a week and was unable to diagnose the issue. I do appreciate the communication and no charge. But I’m still left with a car that has issues. At this point I either have to find someone who understands early model civic hybrids or I have to get a new car.

I have done my best over the last several years to avoid having Danny as my service advisor. Unfortunately, due to the new “please wait in line for the next service advisor” approach, I had no choice but to work with him today. He lived up to the previous expectations based on past interactions that having to speak with me and explain recommended service is annoying to him. So as in the past, I will take my vehicle somewhere else for a second opinion and have the suggested repairs completed at the other location. p.s. I have asked repeatedly for these service surveys to stop being sent to my husband at 719-761–3110 because he does not deal with the Honda Odyssey and instead please direct them to Katie Pace at 719–963–8478 which is the phone number that all service is scheduled under. I’ve been asking for this for five years and the fact that it continues to happen also speaks to the lack of consideration that Honda gives to its repeat customers Katie Pace
