Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Me scheduled and paid for a Oil/ filter change and tire rotation, but they DID NOT Rotate My Tires! I expect this to be made right as I am trusting Freedom Honda with the vehicle that my wife drives...

Greasy hand prints on the leather seats just like my last visit. Informed the service advisor who checked finalized my paperwork before I left(not Andrew, he was very good when he checked me in) he looked at it, walked over to the mechanics area, came back and wiped off the seat and said, “headed up, they weren’t on that side” as he walked away. Really? Where else would grease come from? It certainly wasn’t there when I dropped it off. As I drove away called and asked to speak to a manager. I left my number and have not received a call back yet. EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED LAST VISIT. I personally left a message last visit for a Chris. Apparently the the service manager? Seems nobody gives a damn around there. There’s been other issues as well but I’m obviously wasting my time as I’m sure I still won’t get a call back from a manager. I’ll not be back and will certainly tell my friends of my experience.
