I was surprised by the hour and a half wait when I had a appointment. Other than that the service was good.
After an initial call when I stated the dash alert, I never heard back about the work being done on my car. I only received a text that it was done. When I replied to the text asking what had been done, again no response.
When my wife went to pick up the car, she had issues getting her questions answered in-person as well. A cashier could not help and she had to be redirected to get answers.
We’ve never had to drop off over night before and the experience was far from good in regards to communication.
