I would just say that the key that I bought was quite expensive. But the service was very good.

Freedom Honda offered a COVID-19 discount code to help Honda customers during this difficult time. I thought that was extremely customer friendly service. I used the discount to purchase a battery that was needed by my 2014 Honda CRV. The Service Department rep, Daniel, was extremely helpful and got the job done quickly with special concern for my safety. He provided special hand wash and kept a distance while conducting business. He also wore a face mask which I thought was extremely professional and showed a genuine concern, not only with my health and safety, but his as well. Very professional dealership and employees. That is why I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership. The service Manager, Mr Burris, is equally concerned with my total satisfaction during service visits.
