Auto service fine. The employees made no real effort to follow the safety of wearing masks. Some took them off a lot, others were not wearing masks. They did not stay 6' away from customers. Treated the safety recommendations as a joke & not serious. Older customers there, including me in my late 70's. The entire visit really disturbed me. Also cross talk by service advisors about other employees not coming back to work when I was checking out.

The recall repair was done quickly, and everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. I was surprised and happy that they wiped down the interior and washed the outside.
You should probably make a scale of 1-10 if you truly want to know the service level.
This is the first time I’ve gotten tires from you guys and I noticed that they didn’t finish them up as nice. Tire shine etc. For 1000.00 dollars I think they should look brand new to whom ever sees them.

I was upset that I received a 25% off ALL services and repairs coupon in my email yet when I chose to go to Honda for service, all of the sudden, a tire replacement wasn’t included in this “ALL” category. I feel that this was false advertising to get more business during a pandemic.
