I took my car for oil change and tire rotation and my tires did not get rotated I paid for a service I did not Received how can I trust Honda to know that any service I take for my multiple vehicles Will be done. I think Honda as a company should asked that their employees render a service as they would like to receive it. That would be good customer service.

I really appreciated the customer service I received and how welcomed Chris & Alex made me feel. Chris went out of his way to answer my questions and treated me as a valued customer! The honesty, care and professionalism Chris & Alex demonstrated are one of the many reasons I keep coming back to Freedom Honda . It is also why I purchased my last 5 new Honda’s from Freedom and have had all my vehicle maintenance done at Freedom. Thank you Chris & Alex!

I go here all the time for my oil change. Whenever I'm there, they are always really thorough and walk me through the car report. If they noticed something that needed to be replaced, they always asked me if they could. This time when I got to the Honda place, the guy was like just sit down and wait. Which cool, and then my car was done, I was was staring at my car in the garage, and it took the guy 15 min to do anything. When he tried to charge me, I told him that I may extra not to pay now for my lease. He said I needed to say aomething when I got there. But he didn't even let me say anything when I got there. When I got the paperwork back, my air filters need to be replaced immediately. They didn't tell me and on the paperwork, it says I consented to not get the filters replaced. I didn't get to see the full work up and no one told me. I only got to see the report until after I signed. It was poor service and I am very frustrated that now I have to make a second appointment for something I was willing to wait for.
