Easy to make appointment and drop off vehicle.
Took 6 hours to be told I needed a **** flush when I had an apointment. Then when Marty called me he could not answer my simple questions. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and asked to speak to the mechanic to understand what was happening with my vehicle Marty became short with me and my wife.
This is the second visit in as many months that Marty has been involved in a service on that vehicle and has not been helpful or provided timely communication or information about thr service.
I will never work with Marty again and am strongly considering changing where my service is done, I shop for vehicles and provide an unwanted review of the business.
Danny was super polite and knowledgeable when I was setting up my appointment and also when he notified me when it was done. And there were no surprise costs or problems with the car. Thank you ????
Trevor Chavez is a great representative for Honda. He is very customer oriented and knows how to talk to people. I came in not happy with my last visits at Honda. He not only fixed my vehicle issue but made me want to come back. We have bought two new cars from you and have multiple vehicles that you maintain. I will stay with Honda as long as we deal with employee’s like Trevor.
