Wolf was very inviting, warming, and kind. Nothing but the upmost respect for him. As a first time service customer to Freedom, I felt at home. Just moved from Chicago and was nervous about leaving my dealership to a point where I considered going all the way back to buy my next car. The treatment Wolf gave was so welcoming I no longer feel that I have to go to Illinois when I’m ready to buy a new car. 100% would recommend.

We were charged $300 above what we were originally quoted. Luckily my wife recognized it and was able to have it corrected, but it didn’t feel very good to have that happen.

This is our first time EVER owning a Honda and first time taking it for service at Freedom Honda. It was the easiest, most impressive drop-off, check-in, and the regular communication from Trevor was awesome! Your service dept is top notch and gets a "5" all the way. Thank you!
