The guy who was working in the garage was rude. The girl at the front desk when I dropped my car off was nice but I asked them to check for a leak. No one called me to tell me what they found. When I came back to pick my car up the guy at the desk was rude and I had to ask if they found any leaks. He didn’t know what I was talking about. After going through all the paperwork he found the repairs that it needed but there was no quote next to them saying how much they would cost. I’m not impressed.

I sent my son in to get an oil change and you charged him over $70 - on a 2008 Accord! I’ve been teaching him to make sure to always get his cara serviced at the dealership, because they are people you can trust, and look at what you did!!! Shame on you guys! I left a message with Chris this morning- no response yet. I have taken the Accord, our 16 Pilot and our 15 CRV to Freedom for 4 years!!!! I’m so disappointing that you did this - a violation of trust, just because you had a young person come in. You totally took advantage of him!!! I think you should either refund or cover the next 2 oil changes for free. Please call me 332-2722 John G

I scheduled the work on my car and dropped off the car the evening prior to the Friday scheduled date. The service department knew the appointment and the scope. We were told the vehicle was ready late in the day Friday and headed to Freedom Honda during a storm to get the car before closing. On our way to the shop we were called and told the work had not been completed and that the work would be completed first thing in the morning. The service advisor indicated he would be out on Saturday but that a coworker would cover / contact us. At 11:30am on Saturday I called for an update. I was transferred to a service advisor who was covering for Wolf, per the individual who answered the phone, and left a voicemail message. When I hadn’t heard from anyone by 12:45p I called again. I was transferred to a different service advisor who indicated work just finished on the car. I said we would be at Honda in 30 minutes. When we arrived 30 minutes after my call, the service advisor apologized for not having the paperwork ready. That’s curious. Also, when I spoke with Wolf on Friday night and he indicated the car really wasn’t ready he offered a discount for the services. The bill showed no discount. The bill was then revised and paid. Imagine my surprise when I got into my car and it was obvious the car had been sitting in the sun for several hours.

Marti really made sure I was taken care of. He’ even called me on his day off. He also had the tech send me some photos of the work. Marti definitely worked hard to answer my questions. Kevin also check on the status of things while Marti was out. Thanks to the team.

Spoke with Chris from service. He is aware of the issues I had with my most recent service call. Very disappointed with computer system of vehicle, but mostly very angry about fact that when I asked if service was complete on static/clicking in systems, I was told that it was completed and I expected to pick up a fixed vehicle. Not the case at all.

Well with excellent but was put in the impossible situation of being asked to fix some thing that honda won’t fix. I did some googling and found out that there is a class action lawsuit on the topic.
