I brought the car home. It sat overnight only to find oil on my garage floor the next morning. I was very upset. I took the vehicle back and they tightened the pan bolt which was loose. I’m glad they tighten the pan bolt but that does not help with the oil stain in my garage. I have worked on it two days. Most of the time the service is great.

Service took 3 hours instead of the 1-1/2 hour timeline, which I was given when making the appointment! In hindsight, I should have arranged for someone to pick me up. I was extremely uncomfortable sitting inside the dealership for this amount of time. I’m a senior citizen and at high risk during a pandemic. Even though social distancing and mask precautions were taken, several young children were running around unsupervised. This experience was extremely unnerving. In addition, the estimate given for the air bag sensor replacement ($2947.01) was excessive. In checking online, I’ve discovered your costs are highly inflated. I will not be returning to the dealership for the air bags sensor replacement or any other services in the future.

I requested a new back window wiper blade set and it seems to be operating backwards? The wiper functions in a counter clockwise direction, instead of clock wise. So instead of wiping the window it’s wipes the bottom of the trunk of the odyssey. All other services where great. But I did not notice this area until later on when I attempted to use it.
