If someone leaves messages for service dept to return calls just to schedule an appointment due to recall parts. Please check your voicemails. Don’t have a woman who thinks she can schedule an appointment when she complains about returning to work right after surgery. It was none of my business. In the end she couldn’t schedule an appointment. Then I finally get in after calling for a month. Marty was not much help. Didn’t call or text for updates like Alex would. Quote me one price then it changed when it came time for payment...up in price. I prefer Alex or someone else other than Marty.

1. The scheduling process was difficult. The person schilling didn't listen to me. 2. I was bounced around the phone system, without getting answers. 3. I left a voicemail, asking for more info, and have never gotten a callback. 4. I called twice & visited once, and no one mentioned that the service shuttle was cancelled. 5. I specifically asked to schedule/order a remote starter. After driving home I was called and notified that not all of the parts were actually ordered. So the starter could not be installed. My experience with freedom Honda this time has been extremely poor customer service.

Well I asked for a loaner car and they said yes I get one. (Over the phone) when I get there they said you have to be 25 and have full coverage so I didn’t get a car and I hate to wait for a family member to pick us up. Just communicate better

We were on vacation and drove hundreds of miles from Texas, when I got this maintenance alert from my CRV, since it is not part of our plan, I was afraid that it will ruin our vacation. Freedom Honda team was able to do the maintenance process fast and even less than one and a half hour they told me. Great service!!!

I had Oil Change on 09/11. I returned to dealer on 09/15 because of a significant oil leak. ROOKIE MISTAKE! The service technician did not properly replace the oil drain plug & I lost oil. This is an inexcusable error. Your technicians are highly trained, well paid, have proper tools. Why did this happen? This points to a training problem at Freedom Honda. Please take care of this & ensure it doesn't happen again. If I took this vehicle on a long drive, I likely would have burnt up the engine. If this mistake were made on my airplane, I would now be dead. This may seem like a small thing, but the possible consequence could be a large expense for Freedom Honda. The outcome of this error was minimal due to my attention to detail. However I PAID FOR YOUR TECHNICIAN'S ATTENTION TO DETAIL. And was let down. The customer representative, Michael Chapman was great. He was very professional & took care of my problem.

A shoddy job took time out of two of my days, coordination with my mother to drive my daughter to school and my wife to the dealership to pick up her car. Now I am left with cleaning up the oil drips in my driveway and garage floor before I seal them. Thank you for wasting our time.

This was the absolute best service experience I’ve ever had. Everyone, especially Mike, was super professional and accommodating. I love the “promise time” that was given. It was basically right on time. It was early which actually made it better. This was a concern with me buying this car after leaving Lincoln (which was horrible) and I couldn’t have asked for a better result. Thank you so much!!
