Everything done th a t we needed. In and out pretty fast. We had lots of questions that were answered and explained.
While the repair which brought me to the shop was completed and done quite well, there was another fix I was told was finished, but the door is still hesitating and sticking. This is the driver side passenger sliding door. It often hesitates and doesn't open on 1st touch. I was told the track was cleaned and cleared and the door was working great, but when I got the van back, the door was still sticking.
Please extend my kudos to Alexandria Dickerhoff and Stephanie Porter. Both outstanding. Both very professional. Both strive to achieve excellent “ customer service,” for the customer.
