Excellent service as always!
My last visit in April the maintenance tech noted that the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. I chose not to and this time it was good. Hmmm. I came in this time with the maintenance minder a B12. I did not need the tires rotated because they are new. I changed the cabin air filter myself. I expected the rest of the items to be done. Only the oil was changed. I asked why the engine air filter was not changed and was told it must have been OK. Well, when I got home I noticed that the tech had it marked red, but it wasn't changed. So now I am suspicious that none of the checks listed to be checked with the B12 was done. I'm hesitant to return to Freedom Honda for future maintenance. Also, in the past you've run my Accord through a car wash. That wasn't done either. Maybe it was inop. The rep was courteous as were all the other folks that I interacted with during the visit.

Ben greeted me very professionally and was very helpful and courteous. He went over and explained exactly what work would be done to my car. I enjoyed my first experience having my car serviced at Freedom Honda. I look forward to my next visit.
We scheduled an oil change and car wash. We arrived early to ensure the work was completed in time to pick up kids from school. We were told it would be done in time. Unfortunately, the oil change was not done by the stated time and we had to skip the car wash, so we would not be more late to pick up at school.
Not quite completely, but Drew worked hard to make things right. Some things were not things he had control over.
I brought my Honda Odyssey in due to vibration from the front brakes. I expected to get a diagnosis of needing new pads, rotors, etc and was expecting a sizable bill. When Beau and the technician recommended a simple rotor resurfacing at a reasonable price, I was extremely happy. Having very recently moved to Colorado Springs, I was not sure who to trust to bring my car to. This experience was great and I am very appreciative of the honesty and “customer first” experience!
Daniel has always gone out of his way to help take care of me. I really appreciate his expertise.
Beau did a great job expediting the service so I get out in a timely manner to get kids from school. He was also very helpful in showing me how I could access what maintenance was due in my vehicle.
I just want to thank Chris and Marty for a job well done. Thank you Freedom Honda for your exceptional service.
Drew was totally focused on making sure the brakes on our Accord were replaced to exacting specs. I appreciate his commitment to quality service. Job well done!
Mike was very professional and even took care of the re-calls needed for my vehicle without having to set up another appointment. He gave me better than great customer service. He is such an asset to the Freedom Honda team.
Taking care of was great.
Steve was able to take me right back to work during my lunch and after 5 I had a snag and couldn’t leave work right away. He was patient with me and still gave me a ride back to the dealer as I did not have another alternative. I really appreciate it. Drew was nice and courteous.
