Mike was wonderful in working with my schedule and certain all service was completed before I arrived. When my vehicle was pulled forward the signia noting service was necessary had not been turned back and he made certain that was corrected before I even got into my vehicle.
Mike is very nice, engaging and personable.

I was told by Kevin my car was done and it wasn’t. He took care of all the check out paperwork and then told me it would be another 40 minutes. After and hour went by I went to check with him and he was gone for the day. Another service rep was kind enough to help me. I was there waiting for 4-1/2 hours. I think it was very unprofessional for Kevin to not inform me that he was leaving.
I'm disappointed I trusted freedom Honda with my vehicle. I was told on 2 different occasions a major problem was fixed, when in fact it wasn't. I feel taken advantage of & question the integrity of freedom Honda especially after being told the same problem could be fixed for under $2k to over $6k. I've had other make vehicles that I took for maintenance at other dealerships for years & never had a bad experience. I will not come back nor recommend this place to anyone.
Beau was so helpful! He researched my car and found it had a recall part that needed replaced. He added this to the service that I brought my car in for, and educated me in the oil and tire service that will be coming up in the future. He even sat with me to get my Apple Car Play working! Trust me, not everyone knows how to do that! He was very courteous and made my first time experience a real pleasure. I’m loving Freedom HONDA because of him!

From scheduling the work to picking up the car a bit early, it was all great and efficient! I only wish that there were power outlets in the waiting area; I meant to do some work on my laptop but I ran out of juice.
