Your service advisor Beau C was terrific. He went out of his way to help check out a noise coming out of the passenger side front wheel well. Found a small rock. I told Beau we drive 90 minutes to get to Freedom Honda and he made sure I didn’t have to schedule yet another service appointment to get it fixed. Pat on the back for Beau.

He wrote that I had declined the muti-point inspection. He didn't ask me if I wanted it ( which I did)! I had to start round 2 of my wait to get the inspection.

What a pleasure to deal with. Our dealer in Denver - autonation 104th - has changed so that dealing with their service department is a nightmare. Nice to find a dealership with the values we loved Honda for. We’ll be back!

I was told it could be the wear on my tires. That is setting the tire sensor off. I have had my tires rotated every time I have had my oil changed. So, I would think that my tires should be wearing equally. This was my 5th visit on this problem. Nothing against Kevin, he tried to explain.
