marty did a great job meeting my service needs.
Made an appointment for an oil change and tire repair. I was there for almost 3 hours. I can appreciate being busy as I am in the business as well, but I believe that’s excessive WITH an appointment. My car was half dried off when I drove off. Again not a huge deal, but paying attention to detail is key. Also I had left and received a call 10 minutes later saying that you still had my wheel lock key. I’m satisfied with the advisor (he’s a hard worker) and the super nice waiting room of yours.
Take our vehicle here always for service. Staff members always very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.

Drew was nice...but he didn't explain any of the service recommendations until I asked. He listed them off, but didn't show them to me on the sheet or ask if I wanted to schedule any of them or ask if I had any questions about them. I wasn't dissatisfied, but didn't feel he was attentive to any next steps that might be beneficial for me.

Unable to find anything to rectify the problem. Guess I will need to keep taping when problem occurs. I think it is in the radio antenna but that doesn’t show up on a computer.

The one thing Freedom Honda can do is improve your online scheduling tool. Let me select my advisor and give me a space for write-in comments/questions. It will save time and increase my satisfaction with Freedom Honda. My last Honda and Toyota dealerships had a much better scheduling tool.
