Marty was rude. It took him almost an hour to respond to my text and then told me I was impossible to get a hold of. He claims he called me however, there are no missed calls from him or voice messages. He then said he wouldn’t argue with me because he had proof he called but would not verify the proof. He then said well I wanted to know if you wanted the brake fluids changed but it’s too late now. Very unprofessional. So disappointed. I have always had excellent service at Freedom Honda. Not today. ????

Mike was great no complaints with his service. He explained everything thoroughly. I am a bit frustrated to get charged for a diagnostic that remained inconclusive, yet within 15 miles of the dealership the issue I was asking about reoccurred.

Every time - EVERY time - I come in your staff tries to sell me items I don’t need, are overpriced, and are relentlessly time-based. Specific examples. 1) I buy $700 worth of tires and they try to charge me $109 for Alignment 2) I come back for oil, and they try to charge me again for the Alignment b/c your “system” says I didn’t do it 3) They tell me I need new rear brakes b/c they are wearing unevenly even though I have plenty of pad left 4) They try to charge me $150 to change my brake fluid even though I said to hold off since I’m doing my Brakes in the future 5) they claimed they didn’t get my message to NOT perform work even though it took an hour and a half to do an “initial inspection” and call with a list of new items to fix Your service center is the opposite of a service center.
