Beau was very professional and helpful. One of the parts for the service was not in stock but he ordered it and set up another appointment for tomorrow.
We brought our vehicle in because the doors were jamming and they told us that our battery was bad. We told them we had just had it replaced and they insisted it was bad. So we went back to where we had purchased the battery (because it was still under warranty) and they told us it was fine. Meanwhile, our doors still don’t work and it’s schedule to snow everyday next week. We have five kids which is the only reason we would have a van. Needless to say, ain’t nobody got time for that. So we were not satisfied with our service.
We repeatedly had to call Marty to get an update rather than him calling to let us know. This was extremely frustrating especially as the car was kept behind the 4 days he said it would be. Other than this trouble with communication everything was fine.
The paint job looks great and I look forward to bringing it back in to have the clear bra put back on after the 30 day waiting period.

As recent transfers to Colorado, we needed VIN Verification forms for 3 vehicles- we brought them to Freedom Honda. The friendly, efficient way we were treated for those quick, simple visits gave me confidence in choosing the same location when my car required service. I was not disappointed at all with the care I received from Kevin. The service was done faster than anticipated, and the car is doing great.

I am so thrilled with your Honda Dealership, specifically Kevin! He worked with both my husband, out of state, to help figure out the problem, what maintenance had been done, with our mechanic back home in Missouri!
I was very, very worried that the problem was going to strand me here with a whole engine replacement or worse! So I was absolutely amazed that he had the car done by this afternoon! He also wrote down parts, part numbers for things that need done, but could wait until I get home. He also showed me how to work the car door until I can get that fixed too! He was very knowledgeable and great at his job! I just want to say thank you so much!

I( have regularly gone t Danny Broughton as my service manager. Why? Very simple answer - because he is an excellent representative of Freedom Honda. He always answers questions and goes out of his way to make sure that I am satisfied and if there are any questions. On one or two occasions he has had me bring one of my two Hondas back for a follow up on a specific concern. That's real service for which I am grateful and will continue coming to Freedom as long as he is there. There might be other service reps of equal caliber but I started with him and plan to stick for as long as possible. He is a true professional no only with me but I have observed him with other customers as well. Thank you
