Daniel was amazing! He went out of his way to ta make me feel like a valued customer. A part in my shifter cracked after taking care of a recall and when he realized I lived an hour and a half away he offered to take care of my gas once the part came in.

Daniel goes above and beyond to serve the customer and provide great cause to come back to freedom honda again and again. He deserves a year end raise with how much repeat business I bet he draws. Thank you!

I wonder why there is such a turnover in the Service Dept. I come to Freedom because I like good service, friendliness and fair pricing. However since you have opened , your service advisor department is a carousel. Why so many in such a short period of time??? Something is wrong with this picture. Same issue with the cashiers!!! You need to review your policies, staffing, compensation, morale etc etc etc. Now, I come to Freedom because of Danny Broughton who is the best service advisor I have every had. He is responsive, prompt, friendly and efficient. If he leaves, so willI I because it is evident that Freedom does not care about consistency in staffing and retaining good company representatives. Everyone can understand a "bad apple" staff member here and there but your turnover rate is absurd. And I might add I have no personal reasons or first hand knowledge why this process continues but it does not speak well to the corporate structure. I might add that over the years I have gone to many different Honda dealers around the country and you are Number 1 in staff turnover. Why is that???

Daniel Broughton is exceptional. You are lucky to have him. My concern is common spare parts like TPMS sensors have to be ordered, causing me to make two trips for a simple repair. Keep more of these parts in bench stock....thank you Chris

Jeremy did a great job. Despite the fact the dealership and Honda has a huge issue with 2019 Honda Odysseys that is known, he was able to get it fixed temporarily. I feel like these recalls should’ve given priority and a new car owner should not have to wait an hour for it- but Jeremy did everything he. Like to get me in and out in the constraints already there by the dealership

I explained & showed a picture of my undercarriage to Alex. She called me back after 2 hrs & I had to tell her again. Around 2pm she called back & said that die was put in the oil line, drive it 1,000 miles & come back. When I picked up my car/paperwork the paper work said nothing about the die & coming back in 1,000 miles. Alex was at lunch so another person changed the paper work to say that. I am confused...

The remotes stopped working and I expected the new tumbler assembly to work with my existing keys, that’s the main reason I took it to you, the dealership. I figured you could do that, esp. for the 600+ for the work, or at least the new keys would have a remote.
