I’m guessing Mike is new to the job. I was disappointed at how long it took to pay for the car. Then we were even more disappointed that after spending over $500 for parts and labor that our car was not washed. It seems the “service” has been deteriorating in the last two years.
I hope I will be able to control myself while attending your dinner on January 23.
I’m very pleased with Troy’s customer service and attention to detail.
I always wait for my vehicle in the very comfortable customer lounge. And, as usual, it was relaxing with a nice cup of expresso white my vehicle was serviced. Alexandra kept me up-to-date as work was completed.
Alexandria was great and very professional. The only problem is that the heater problem that I identified is not resolved even though I paid 160.00 dollars for a radiator flush. In addition while diving home last night I had an air pressure warning come up so my tires must be low. I would have thought this was checked since my tires were rotated. Service has always been great at Freedom but I am disappointed from this event. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx.

My service person was great and very personal. I liked that he was attentive and helpful. Personally, an oil change and a scuff plate replacement probably shouldn’t have taken 2 and a half hours to complete, but all in all a satisfactory experience.
