I took my car in and told them that the code Bago had given me was for the catalytic converter. Honda then instructed me that it was not that code that it was the oil plug. They change that for around $350 and within two days the same error message came on and it was in fact my Cadillac converter I expect a refund back due to the air on Hondas part

My experience started with the technician did not reset my maintenance reminder/light and he didn’t seem to know how to. Which meant I paid for an expertise rate but get a non expertise service and my battery was said to be checked but not cleaned. Corrosion is all over the positive end.
Andrew was amazing. I did have a bit of a wait trying to get help but out of everyone working in that area at the time Andrew was the only one who acknowledged me. Working in customer myself up until today I didnt realize how important just letting someone know you would be with them in just a few could mean. Good job Andrew.
Kevin was tremendous. I am traveling throughout the southwest and my driver seat belt latch failed. Kevin was able to work with his mechanics to swap a part from another car to cave me three days in travel time. This was amazing. I’ll never forget this consideration. It prevented me from traveling without a seat belt. This released a tremendous **** in my travel . It doesn’t get any better than this
