He exemplified every characteristic of someone who values and uplifts customer service. From our face-to-face interactions to the follow-up phone call, he was personable and made the effort to connect with his customer. I wish I could say the same for the subpar service exemplified by the cashier. She could stand some training from Andrew!

Very thorough job and didn’t charge me because they didn’t find anything wrong. Good work on my car. I loved the elderly gentleman that drove the shuttle he was the highlight of the whole service and I felt like I was getting Diane world level service. He was personable and even helped me carry the car seats out of the car. A plus service!
