Got a text at 3 saying my car is ready. Went in at like 430 just find out that no one who could give me my car was there. Got the old run around from one person saying someone was coming so i sat for 20 minutes and then had to find someone else to talk to. All he said is he wasnt able to take any payment so he couldnt give me my car, even though he probably knew very well where they keep the keys. Really annoying making the trip to the dealership for no reason, especially when it diesnt say anything about closing early on saturdays on the online hours for the dealership. Kevin was perfect, but trying to get anything handled by someone else was a disaster

We are never disappointed when we visit Pedder. Chris and all the staff treat us with redpect, a friendly smile and manage to make our wait enjoyable and as quick as possible. We had problems with our clock and syncing our phones and Chris took care of it in a snap! We are extremely satisfied!

Kevin was very informative, but the service was not compete per coupon I used. It states that the service included a vaccuum and wash which was not complete. Also, the cover for the lugs fell off shortly after I left the dealership. It is going to cost me fifty dollars to get a replacement.
