I dropped a he car off because the electrical got wet, went and rented a car, three days later I had to call to find out what was happening and could tell, not much been, so Cheeto said he would call me the next day, and I said I needed him to call me before 2:00 because that's what time the rental rolled over to another day. He didn't call me until 3:00 and told me they couldn't do anything until they changed out the fuse panel. Blah blah blah, basicly it took four days and nothing got done.

Everything was to my satisfaction. They serviced my car and washed It inside and out. Everything was PERFECT!!!!

I have always found the service to be good, they complete the work in a timely manner the service people are always nice and inforable the only thing I miss is the free car wash

Kevin did everything in a professional manner and his actions were great. The overall experience lacked organization and was utterly confusing in that I had to make at least 70 phone calls between three Nissan dealers and the warranty company over three days just to get my car services under the provisions of my extended warranty. The experience was extremely unpleasant as nobody was able to take the initiative and get the needed information to get my car fixed. Kevin is a service technician and he did more than is should have been required to do.

Kevin was awesome. Excellent customer service. He took the time to explain things to me and provided me with a loaner car while my car was being repaired for two days. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from him not only this time but also the previous visits to the service center.
