I made an appointment online for 9:15am and checked that I needed a shuttle. When I arrived I was told there are no shuttles on Saturday and that it would be at least 2 hours until they could get to my car. I was told to sit in the waiting area and he would try to get me a shuttle from Chrysler. He never came to tell me anything. After a couple of hours I went to check on my vehicle and a young guy there said it’s done and he just parked it outside. So I was given the key, no paperwork, and was told I could take it. I didn’t feel that the customer service was very good at all.

I am satisfied with my service today, except for the fact that it took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change even with an appointment. I was the only person waiting in the service area waiting room. Happy they washed my car also.
My service was excellent! Everyone on the service team made me feel comfortable and at ease with my vehicle being there. Kevin was awesome and very professional and was able to make me laugh which was great from a dealership. I will definitely be back.
Since they did the computer update,my car is acting strange shifting hard and the miles until empty no longer show up on the screen on the cockpit.
Barbara corrected quickly a minor issue with the vehicle being released too soon B4 work was completed

You guys didn't even fix the vehicle... I spoke to Danny on Saturday to deliver a message for Barbara to call me back and she never did that's the worst service and I left the car there the whole day .... this is unacceptable!!! I need a follow up from the branch manager ASAP !!!
