I purchased and delivered an alternator to be installed but I did not receive the old alternator so I can get the cord charge of $45 Dollars. Other than that I was satisfied with the work thank you

The actual service was very good but after receiving an email to say my car was ready to collect I arrive to pick it up I then had to wait 40 minutes for someone to bring my car to me so was not happy with this
Danny **** was very helpful and I did received a customer satisfaction with him when I bring my car at Pedder Nissan for maintenance. And he is helping me also with my warranty and nissan visa rewards points to use at the dealership.Everything was great. But, I have one comment only with my car, because my car is dirty inside at the driver side handle, maybe because the mechanic working on my car. Overall is ok my car washed.Thanks.????????

As a Canadian who winters in Hemet every year this was my first experience with the dealership. I required service on my vehicle for my return back to Canada.
Danny **** was exemplary in every way... what an outstanding young man. He explained to me what was required of my vehicle, told me how long it should take, explained the cost and provided a shuttle for me to fet me home while my suv was being serviced. Through the process he stayed in contact by text and kept me updated as to the progress. When finished the shuttle picked me up and retutned me to the dealer to a completely washed and clean vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Pedder Nissan or its excellent service team.. Danny being one of them! Thank you so much.. i will be a returning customer on future winters in California.
