Only concern employees did not wear masks and felt the waiting area needs wiping down or sprayed with Lysol occasionally.

I booked my appointment online days in advance for 6/15/2020 4:45pm, I show up on time and turns out service is done at 4pm. So my service was rushed and I did not get same quality as I usually get ??.
The serpentine belt was not replaced as agreed, I’ve been trying to reach Danny by phone left voice mail and a text and have not heard back.
The belt is in bad shape and need to be replaced, need an appointment to bring it back on Thursday,

Service was good, but i felt a 2 hours wait was excessive for an oil change and a software upgrade.
Barbara Gama was simply amazing and made my experience pleasant. My daughter felt completely comfortable and didn’t mind waiting the time period we did as long as she knew Barbara was there. She helped me understand what was happening and explained the steps that would be taken. I greatly and urgently suggest anyone who needs service to be done to go through her. Five stars of excellence from me and my little family.
