The sales department is a little sketchy they have a salesman by the name of ozzy who lies To increase his profits Be careful of This sales manager He is not an honest person... I caught him in several lies while purchasing my vehicle!!!! The service department is kind and caring and completely different then the sales department.
My car has been with pedder Nissan since the 22nd of September for some cosmetic repairs. It was only supposed to be there for about a week. When my husband went to pick it up on the 3rd of October nothing was even fixed on it. It is now the 8th of October. I was told my car would be back today. Getting someone to call and tell me anything about my car or even answer questions when I call is like pulling teeth. So here I am 2 weeks later still with a rental car and no answers on what's going on with my car!

Every time I drop off one of my cars days pass and my car is just sitting there,no one calls to let me know it os finished.I always end up without a car for days.The most recent I was told to drop off on Friday for a re alignment amd they would finish in a few hours,Well I had to call Monday to find out what was going on,because no one called or returned a call!!Ridiculous...

Nissan broke my motor fan and caused more damage to my vehicle, now my AC went from working 95% of the time to 0% and to top it off had me pay extra when nothing got repaired but a lot is now damaged all because the technician failed to secure a harness, then the manager tried to put the blame on the truck.
I had an appointment and waited two hours for them to tell me they hadn’t serviced my car and that what I needed serviced wasn’t covered under my warranty. I spoke with a man two days prior and he told me it was covered under my warranty. The woman who helped me was very rude and when I asked why it took two hours for them to not do anything to my car she said “we’re busy”. Was not satisfied with her service whatsoever. I understand being busy, but I sat there and waited for two hours for nothing.
