You had my car for 3 hours today. For 3 hours I waited in your waiting room with a fussy 5 month old baby. Then you say, “sorry the warranty department won’t cover your leaking axel because it is not bad enough.” That is Barbara Gama’s exact words. What the heck??? All that time we thought you were fixing the leaking axel that was found during the oil change last week. But no, you were not fixing anything. You did nothing. Just wasted my time. Why pay for a warranty, that covers power train, which the axel is part of, then say “it is not bad enough.” So I am supposed to just keep driving until it brakes completely? What if I crash at that time? Will it be bad enough then for you?? I pray no one is injured! Will you then find another loop hole and say something like “you should have fixed it back then?”
I want to speak with a manager. I paid extra for a warranty and this fall under the warranty. Please have a manager call me. ****-****-xxxx. This is horrible customer service!!
