Good customer service !!! Pricing is reasonable as well . There weed lots of services recommended this time which were not necessary so my suggestion is to advise only those services that are really needed. Other than that it was a good experience.

Great service. Dropped car off early and the wifi was having issues. All three service advisors were super friendly with all customers waiting while continuously apologizing for the internet issues. Too notch crew!

The guy behind the counter had an attitude, was rude & unprofessional. The manager took care of the issue in under 60 seconds. Then when they pulled my car around there was, what I assumed was glue scrapings all over the back of my car. When I asked the manager what was all over my car, he basically blew me off & said normally they would wash the car but didn't because of the rain. When I said it's not raining, it was grey & looked like it could rain but it hadn't rain at all that day. He didn't offer to get someone to wipe the back end off my car & basically ignored the issue. I had it with the place & left! However, the **** didn't, it was still there when I got home. Horrible customer service all the way around!

We had a slight issue with our repair, but the Hardin Team stepped up without any argument and corrected it. My wife and I were very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to fix the problem.
