Erika is the primary reason for turning what would have been a bad experience to a complete satisfied experience. The service dept were not provided suffcient loaner vehicle to support the customers demand, but Erika was able to think out of the box to provide me with a worthy loaner. thank you Erika.
When initially brining my car in Saturday afternoon, I understood that it would not be looked at until Monday. However, in order to find out information on what was happening with the car, I had to initiate 3 phone calls, the first of which was at 1 pm, before receiving a call back. The first person I spoke to was not Kyle, but whoever answered the phone in the service department said it would take awhile to find my information. I received one return call with a voicemail that seemed to accidentally cut off at the end, and I was unable to directly reach the person that did my intake when I brought the car in. I felt the customer service could have been markedly better, and I hope to see improvement when I continue to bring in my car for services.
Being in my 60's, it's all about customer service and Leonel Ayala is the reason I return to Hardin for the servicing of my vehicle. Leonel goes over and above to help me understand about my vehicle and what service is needed. If I choose to wait for my vehicle, he will give me approximately how much time I will have to wait. He makes sure that I am accommodated with the shuttle if I choose to return home. Leonel Ayala is an asset to Hardin Hyundai.
I always appreciate the advice that I get regarding the service on my car. Also when additional service is suggested, I am given a clear explanation as to why it should be done. I usually ask if it can wait until next time as I don't make much money and pay for service with my credit card and I appreciate his response as sometimes certain services can be delayed for a bit.
Erika was very professional, took her time to explain each service and charge and was very pleasant. A real pleasure to deal with!
